2UYoga offers private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home. Yoga is most impactful when you can relax, set your mind at ease and be in the moment, and we find that for many, that’s often easiest where you are most comfortable.

We also offer yoga classes for private groups and can work with you to make these lessons happen in your group space or rotating between homes.

Tired of family dinners or bar hopping nights out? Spice things up with a group yoga class. It’s even a unique way to spend time with your bachelorette party. Or a creative twist for date night. You name the occasion I can find a reason to bring yoga to the table.

These are some of the most common questions we get about private lessons. We’re happy to work with you to find creative solutions - just reach out!

How much does it cost?
$90 per hour for one person. Do you have friends that want to join you? Book a group session. Group sessions are available for $110 for up to 3 people and every additional person is $15/pp.

Where will we do yoga?
Shannon will come to your home or outside location in the central Austin area. A travel fee could apply to any location outside 10 miles from 78704.

When are classes available?

Simply click “Book a Session” to see current available times. Depending on your location I can work with your schedule to provide a time that works for you.

How long is a class?

Each class is a minimum of 60 minutes. I do 60 or 90 minute sessions. I’ll arrive 10 minutes before class to get situated and leave no later than 10 minutes after class ends. So for those of us who live by our calendars, book out a 80 minute block for a 60 minute session. If it’s just you or a small group set up and clean up could be much faster.

What should I expect in a private yoga session?

A friendly yoga instructor with vast knowledge of yoga and Austin, TX. So if you’re visiting from out of town I’d be happy to share some of my local favorites with you. A class that’s created with you (and/or your group’s) needs in mind.

What are the benefits of private yoga lessons?

A welcoming introduction to your yoga practice. Deepen your current yoga practice. Increase your flexibility, strength and general wellbeing. Reduce stress. Relaxation. Whatever your goals, I can tailor a custom class to meet your needs.

What if we have differing levels of yoga experience in our group?

Prefect. I can develop a class that’s appropriate for all levels of yogi. You’ll receive clear cues so the beginners don’t feel left behind and I offer ways to turn up or down the intensity of each pose.

Is private yoga for me?

YES!!! Anyone from a newbie to an advanced yogi will enjoy a yoga class that’s designed with your experience and goals in mind. If this is your very fist yoga class you’ll benefit from personal attention and specific cues to help you get into each pose.

What do I need for a session?

You. A yoga mat - don’t worry if you don’t have a mat(s) just let us know and we can bring rentals for a small fee. Water. A small towel. Loose fitting athletic or yoga clothes - you want room to move. A space big enough for your mat(s) - we love practicing outside on decks. A open mind. We’ve got everything else covered.
