A flow class offers the full spectrum of yoga benefits including a vigorous workout, increased flexibility and a bliss filled mind.
Basic Flow A class built for the beginners and brand new yogis! Learn the foundations of a healthy yoga practice that will energize the body and vitalize the mind.
Power A vigorous class of vinyasa practice, this powerful sequence builds heat and demands strength. This class takes the body from full throttle to serene soul through inversions, arm balances, and lots of chaturanga push ups!
Yin Yoga Yin yoga class is a powerful practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture during a Yin yoga class is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. A Yin yoga class is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga.
Astanga Eight Limbed Path as taught by Sri Pattabhi Jois, the father of Flow and Power classes. This intense class involves a progressive series of precise poses produces internal heat and detoxifying sweat. During this class you will also notice increased self awareness, concentration and determination.

Designed for students who prefer a class less vigorous. Gentle Yoga is also ideal for students experiencing illness, injury, or chronic pain.

It is the evolution of mind-body fitness that guides students through the journey of reaching goals while staying balanced and in the present moment. Tai Chi This class is meditation in motion through the use of breath, Chi Gung and Tai Chi Form. This class will help your balance, flexibility, focus strength and breath. It will encompass a mind body connection using breath to move the chi.
Yoga for Golfers A practice built especially for those who love the dawn patrol. This hour focuses on balance, strength, back relief, and visualization. Yoga for Cyclists This practice is for those who are no stranger to spandex! Grab your Assos wear and gear up for a class designed for a cyclist. In this practice you will utilize strength, yet release tension, relieve sore muscles and create flexibility. The focus and drive you harness on the bike will carry you through this class.
Aqua Yoga The positive benefits of aqua yoga are seen over the long term with a gradual increase in strength, flexibility and endurance and when performed in water this increase tends to happen far more quickly and with far less chance of injury or strain which is why this newer form of yoga fitness is quickly become so popular with all types of people. Aquatic therapy, including water yoga, has also proven to be extremely useful in pain management.
