Practicing yoga with members of your community will not only bring the people in a community together but also bring each individual an improved sense of wellness and happiness.

Enjoy any of our many yoga classes and styles in your private living community. We are happy to meet with you to evaluate your health and wellness needs to give you the most customized yoga wellness solution possible.

For those people who find it difficult to travel far and who might have some physical limitations keeping them from the yoga mat we can offer a variety of non-traditional yoga class experiences as well.

Some of our favorite classes for community living are Aqua Yoga and Gentle Yoga.
