Anne Sweet has spent most of her adult career studying top talent, human potential and the impact this talent makes in organizations.  Working with some of the most influential executives in the country she has been instrumental in coaching and driving business through personal growth and development of strengths.  Many of her clients including Nordstrom, Ann Taylor, Experian and Pebble Beach have implemented the practice of investing in employees with tremendous results.  While Director of Operations at The J.D. Honors Program The University of Nebraska, Anne Sweet was responsible for creating a national awareness of this non-traditional program and developing leadership programs for this curriculum.  Initially being a student of the Bikram Yoga method, Anne then continued to explore other forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Meditation.  During her time as a corporate executive Ms. Sweet has evolved her study of yoga philosophy and combined these essential theories with executive coaching.  This combination of yoga philosophy and talent management has resulted in sustainable growth and personal results for many of her clients. Anne has over 5000 hours of yoga teaching and an in-depth knowledge of strength and talent management strategies.  Ms. Sweet and her daughter, Mary Clare Sweet, own the Lotus House of Yoga Studio’s in Nebraska, they have formed their own yoga teacher training school, teaching the 200 hour and 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certification.  Lotus House of Yoga is also certified as a RCYT  Yoga Children’s Teacher Training School through Yoga Alliance.  Anne has made it her personal mission to enhance peoples lives through the study of strength management and the power that the physical practice of yoga brings on and off the mat.

Denise Reaves has been a student of yoga for 20 years and she spent 20years in corporate business.  She started practicing yoga in college and continued through her international studies and International MBA practicing as a release from the stresses of school and then her corporate career in marketing and strategic planning.  She studied and worked in international business based in Japan for seven years traveling all around the world.  In Japan she was introduced to Aikido and her first studies of the Chakras while pursuing her corporate career in international consumer goods brand marketing.  Returning to America she worked for Intel Corporation as a marketing manager spending her free time committed to her yoga practice.  Through the years she has practiced from many schools of hatha yoga such as Iyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram, Anusara, Kripalu, Yin, Restorative.  She continues her studies in Yoga Sutra and Ayurveda completing a two week cleanse biannually.
